We offer a 30-day quality guarantee for every plush. If seams come apart, stuffing leaks, or non-human-damage parts fall off, please send us a photo and contact customer service. We will replace parts or send a new plush free of charge. This guarantee does not cover human damage, modifications, or issues beyond 30 days.

  • During the first wash, slight fluff may appear. After washing, do not dry under direct sunlight. Once completely dry, gently pat to restore the plush toy’s fullness.
